Caroline Dubois stepped inside the squared circle for the first time as a professional on February 5, 2022. She was pitted against Vaida Masiokate at the Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff, Wales in a six-round fight. Dubois won the bout by beating Masiokate via points decision and kicked off her professional career with a win.

After her debut, Caroline Dubois competed regularly and witnessed remarkable success in the professional boxing circuit. She won seven fights on the trot before receiving a shot for the vacant IBO female lightweight championship against Magali Rodriguez. The duo locked horns with each other for the belt on September 30, 2023, at the York Hall, Bethnal Green, London, England in a 10-round fight. Dubois won the fight by a unanimous decision and took the IBO female lightweight strap home.

Caroline Dubois defended the IBO lightweight title against Miranda Reyes in her next fight. Dubois and Reyes took on each other on February 3, 2024, at the Wembley Arena, Wembley in England. She defeated Reyes by unanimous decision to keep the title. Caroline Dubois will take on Maira Moneo for the WBC interim lightweight title on August 3, 2024, at the Oakwell Football Ground, Barnsley in her upcoming fight.
