Chase Hooper is a lightweight mixed martial arts competitor and grappler who fights in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He started his amateur mixed martial arts career on October 1, 2016, by facing Patrick Haris in his first amateur fight at Rumble on the Ridge 36. He made quick work of Haris and won the fight via first-round TKO. Hooper took part in five amateur bouts and won all of them via first-round finishes.

Chase Hooper made his professional mixed martial arts debut against Edson Penado on October 7, 2017, at Rumble on the Ridge 40. Hooper clutched Penado in a rear-naked choke, won the bout via first-round submission, and started his professional career with a dominant win. Hooper suffered his first loss against Alex Caceres at UFC 250 on June 6, 2020. The duo locked horns in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. The fight went the distance and was decided on the judge’s scorecard, which adjudged Caceres as the winner by unanimous decision.

Chase Hooper entered the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) by fighting in Dana White’s Contender Series 14 against Canaan Kawaihae. He defeated Kawaihae by a unanimous decision and faced Daniel Teymur in his promotional debut. The duo met inside the octagon on December 14, 2019, at UFC 245.
