The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is scheduled to bring the much-awaited first pay-per-view, UFC 297, on January 20, 2024. The event will feature exciting fights, and the main event will be headlined by the middleweight champion, Sean Strickland, and Dricus du Plessis for the middleweight belt. Chris Curtis and Marc Andre Barriault will also lock horns on the main card of the event in a middleweight bout that will be hosted at Scotiabank Arena in Ontario, Toronto, Canada.
Chris Curtis is a professional mixed martial artist who has been active since 2009. For his professional career so far, he has been an impressive competitor inside the octagon. Curtis is currently ranked No. 13 in the promotion’s middleweight rankings, and he will be looking to improve his standing by winning the fight at UFC 297.
Curtis’ rival, Marc-Andre Barriault, has been an active professional mixed martial artist since 2014. He has competed in multiple divisions and is a tough opponent to face inside the octagon. Chris Curtis has lost ten fights in his professional career. He lost his first fight in his first professional bout against Brandon Pinkston at RFL: Maximum Impact by split decision. His second loss came against Tom Gallichio at Xtreme Caged Combat: Reckless Abandon by third-round submission.
