Gane fought in multiple fight promotions before making his debut in the leading professional mixed martial arts company, the UFC. Born on April 12, 1990, in La Roche-sur-Yon, France, Ciryl Gane was initially a Muay Thai fighter before switching to MMA. He made his UFC debut at UFC Fight Night: Shevchenko vs. Carmouche 2 on August 10, 2019.
