Dana White is one of the most influential people associated with the world of combat sports. As per Men's Health, Dana White had lost around 16kgs. Dana White released a video on the UFC's YouTube channel where he spoke about facing too many health issues like sleep apnea, and problems with his legs, and also added about other difficulties he had been having that even doctors could not find out.
He spoke to Gary Brecka(a human biologist, biohacker, and longevity expert) through a friend's suggestion and it changed his life. Brecka took samples of Dana White's blood did multiple tests and identified numerous issues that White had been facing over the years. Gary Brecka also gave Dana White 10.4 years as life expectancy in case the UFC president is not willing to change his lifestyle at all. In an interview with Men's Health, White said,

According to a YouTube video on the UFC channel, Dana White has imbibed 'Superhuman Protocol' into his life as suggested by Gary Brecka. Even though the protocol has different components, White had to follow basic intermittent fasting techniques and avoid a lot of junk food in order to get to the foundation of the program. He has even done an 86-hour water fast in November 2023, as per Talksport.
