Filipino fighter Danny Kingad missed out on the opportunity to showcase his skills live in front of American fans in his upcoming fight after the event was decided to be relocated to Asia. However, he has no problem with it, believing that the move suited him better.
'The King' is set to see action at ONE 169: Malykhin vs. 'Reug Reug' on Nov. 8. It was initially billed to take place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A., but has since been moved to Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
In an interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Danny Kingad gave his take on ONE 169 changing venues, asserting that considering the time difference between the regions it should work to his advantage to have the match in Asia.

"I like fighting in the morning. I'm actually fine fighting at nighttime or in the morning. It's just that traveling to the U.S. might take a toll on me, so that's going to be different."
At ONE 169, Danny Kingad will go up against former ONE flyweight MMA world champion Adriano Moraes in a rematch of their first encounter in November 2017, where the Brazilian star won by submission to retain the world title he was then holding.
In their redo, both fighters are going for an all-impotant win to put themselves in position to vie for the currently vacant ONE flyweight MMA world title.
ONE 169: Malykhin vs. 'Reug Reug' will be aired live and for free in U.S. primetime to North American fans with an active Amazon Prime Video subscription.
