'Wonder Boy' Fabricio Andrade has a highly anticipated showdown coming up against 'Hands of Stone' John Lineker for the vacant ONE bantamweight world title. Brazil's Andrade believes he will walk away with the crown against Lineker and later defend his ONE gold in 2023.
One of the rising contenders in the stacked bantamweight division is 'The Sniper' Stephen Loman. Filipino-born Loman is on a 3-fight win streak since joining the promotion, having defeated notable fighters such as Shoko Sato, Yusup Saadulaev, and the former world champion Bibiano Fernandes.
Fabricio Andrade said that while these wins are impressive, some of those fighters may have been past their prime, so it's hard to truly judge Loman's skills. On Stephen Loman's win streak, Fabricio Andrade said:
"It’s hard to say. Is he really good, or is he getting good opponents, you know? So, we’re just gonna see. Now he gets his chance. He was BRAVE champion, now he’s gonna get his chance and we’re gonna see how good he really is.”
