After over two decades of fighting professionally, Liam Harrison has officially hung up the gloves and announced his retirement from Muay Thai.
This was after his second-round TKO defeat at the hands of fellow legend Seksan Or Kwanmuang in their catchweight Muay Thai battle at ONE 168: Denver at the Ball Arena in Colorado this past weekend.
ONE Championship gave his well-deserved recognition through a recent post on Instagram, as they wrote the photos' caption with:
""Hitman," you're a legend 🙏 Thank you for an incredible Muay Thai career 🥊 @liambadco"

In the said post, the world's largest martial arts organization thanked the 'Hitman' for his illustrious career, especially his six-fight campaign under the promotion, which produced unforgettable moments and highlight-reel finishes.
Fans also tipped their hats to the British superstar, as WWE Superstar Zelina Vega, @themmafactory, @caomhanach_dave, @kieranseanmoloney, and @regohi_j22 commented:
"Legend 🙏 we love u @liambadco"
"His career will live on forever, can't believe we'll never see him fight live again"
"Great great fighter and an incredible humble and good guy 👊🏽 everything you'd want your fighter to behave like inside and outside the ring"
"Went out on his shield like the absolute warlord he is. What a fighter 👏👏👏"
"I don't watch a lot of one, this was the second ONE numbered card I've ever watched but also the first time that I got to watch Liam Harrison I'm glad I got to watch it live."
Liam Harrison left two incredible victories in ONE Championship
Despite his retirement, fans can still relive the best moments of Harrison's career, notably his two outstanding wins in ONE Championship. His first victory was a first-round knockout of Mohammed Bin Mahmoud in January 2020 at ONE: A New Tomorrow.
The Bad Company athlete also pulled off one of the greatest comebacks in ONE Championship history after he TKO'd Muangthai PK Saenchai in their showdown at ONE 156 in April 2022.
Harrison came back from two knockdowns and scored three of his own to come away with the victory and earn an outright shot for the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title that Nong-O Hama, at that time, held. Furthermore, this match was hailed as the promotion's Muay Thai Fight of 2022.
