How old is Kevin Holland?

Kevin Holland, aged 32 as of January 2025, was born on November 5, 1992. His upbringing was marked by adversity, as he was predominantly nurtured by his grandparents in Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario, California. This arrangement arose from his mother’s recurring incarcerations and his father’s ongoing imprisonment. Despite these obstacles, Holland enrolled at Los Osos High School and subsequently attended Chaffey College.

Holland’s odyssey into martial arts commenced at the age of 16, ignited by a fervent admiration for Georges St-Pierre. However, it was during a visit to his father in Philadelphia, while witnessing the spectacle of UFC 100, that his passion for MMA and the UFC truly crystallized.
