Neil Magny (full name: Aoutneil "Neil" Jacques Magny) is an ace mixed martial artist from the United States of America. He is presently performing in the welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He professionally started MMA in 2010. He came into the limelight while he was performing on The Ultimate Fighter: Team Carwin vs. Team Nelson.

Magny is ranked as the No.15 contender in the UFC welterweight rankings. With 22 wins, Magny holds the record for most wins in the history of UFC's Welterweight division. He has the record for the Most decision wins in the history of UFC (17). Magny won the most matches by split decision in the welterweight division (4). He additionally won Fight of the Night (One time) and Performance of the Night (Four times).

He completed his graduation from Thornwood High School in the Chicago Southland. He earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He was associated with football and wrestling throughout his student life. Magny started contending in professional MMA in 2010.

Magny served in the USA Army in the Illinois National Guard as a light-wheeled mechanic. He was also deployed in Kuwait. The army veteran left the service in the year 2013.
