Ikram Aliskerov is a prominent Russian professional mixed martial artist who competes in the middleweight division as a fighter. He started training in judo and sambo from a very young age because of his interest in combat sports. Before transitioning to mixed martial arts, Aliskerov competed in combat sambo, where he earned multiple accolades.


In 2012, Ikram Aliskerov made his professional MMA debut against Alimjon Shadmonov at Fight Star: European MMA Cup in a middleweight showdown. He won by a unanimous decision and started his professional career on a winning note. After fighting in various fight promotions in the beginning of his professional career, Ikram Aliskerov later joined the elite Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).


On September 13, 2022, Ikram Aliskerov competed at Dana White’s Contender Series 54 against Mario Sousa. Aliskerov won via a first-round submission and earned a UFC contract. He made his promotional debut in the promotion on May 6, 2023, against Phil Hawes at UFC 288. Aliskerov defeated Hawes by a first-round knockout, thanks to a devastating punch which shut Hawes’ lights off.

Ikram Aliskerov has competed once at the Dana White’s Contender Series, where he won to win a UFC contact; besides that, he has won 2 fights in the promotion against Phil Hawes and Warlley Alves at UFC 288 and UFC 294 respectively. He is still undefeated in the elite professional mixed martial arts promotion as of June 2024.

Ikram Aliskerov has just lost one professional fight in his mixed martial arts career so far. He was handed his only defeat by fellow UFC middleweight fighter Khamzat Chimaev when both of them were not a part of the UFC. The duo locked horns with each other at Brave CF 23 on April 19, 2023. Chimaev knocked Aliskerov out with a punch to win the fight and hand him his first and only professional defeat till now.
