Janet Todd is seeking one more victory to legitimize her claim as a two-sport ONE world champion.
The reigning atomweight kickboxing queen and interim atomweight Muay Thai champion will look to shed the interim tag on her resume in a massive atomweight Muay Thai world title unification bout against Allycia Hellen Rodrigues at ONE Fight Night 8: Bhullar vs Malykhin.
Two of the best female strikers in the world will trade leather on March 24, inside the promotion’s home base at Singapore Indoor Stadium.
As always, the guaranteed fireworks will air live in US primetime and will be broadcast free for all Amazon Prime Video subscribers.

Since joining the largest martial arts organization in 2019, Todd has exuded excellence and carried the aura of a true world champion.
‘JT’ has practically seen it all throughout her illustrious career. Her most notable victories, though, have all come inside the ONE Championship circle.
Let’s have a look at Janet Todd’s best moments in photos.
#3. Janet Todd sends Ekaterina Vandaryeva to the shadow realm with head-kick KO
Todd became a completely different animal after losing her promotional debut to Stamp Fairtex.
The now 37-year-old superstar registered perhaps her greatest knockout win at ONE: Century Part 1 by making Ekatarina Vandaryeva her personal punching bag.
Despite giving up some height and length over the towering Belarusian, Todd methodically found a way to bridge the gap by roughing her up in the clinch.
Each time ‘Barbie’ tried to disengage, Todd used that split second to pepper her with precise punches and kicks on her way out.
Vandaryeva was visibly winded by round two and ‘JT’ took full advantage.
A left feint forced ‘Barbie’ to drop her guard, as Todd brilliantly went upstairs with a beautiful right high kick that landed flush on her opponent’s chin.
Judging by her delayed reaction, Vandaryeva never knew what hit her as she slumped to the ground in defeat.

#2. Janet Todd beats up Stamp Fairtex to avenge earlier loss
While losing is an inevitable reality in the hurt business, Todd believes she could have done so much better in her first encounter with Stamp Fairtex.
The Boxing Works standout knew that if she kept racking up the W's, a rematch with the Thai phenom would come. Todd, who was in the midst of a three-fight winning at the time, finally got that call for a do-over with Stamp at ONE: King of The Jungle.
Similar to how their first encounter went, Todd and Stamp once again took each other’s best shots throughout the whole five-round affair.
But unlike the last time, when the American was coming out on the short end of the stick during the exchanges, Todd did her homework and was sharper with her attacks.
The California native pulled away in the championship rounds, where her crisp boxing combinations and high kicks found her target.
Each time the Thai tried to counter with heavy blows of her own, ‘JT’ was already out of the pocket. Todd’s jab-cross kept Stamp at bay and ultimately became her key to victory via a close split decision.
Apart from evening the score with the Thai megastar, Todd also began her reign as the atomweight Muay Thai ruler.

#1. Janet Todd obtains two golden straps by outdueling Lara Fernandez
The atomweight Muay Thai throne was open for the taking following Allycia Hellen Rodrigues’ pregnancy.
Todd, who had double-champ aspirations and was already paying her dues in the atomweight Muay Thai ranks, was thrilled to seize the moment.
‘JT’, though, must first get past the gutsy Lara Fernandez, who wanted to make a good first impression in her circle debut at ONE 159.
The Spaniard proved to be a worthy opponent, as she gladly fought at Todd’s preferred pace and even caught her with some punishing kicks to the body early on.
It was anybody’s ball game after four rounds, as neither fighter gave up an inch. Todd’s experience, however, came to play in the final five minutes, where she slowed the fight down in the clinch.
Seeing Fernandez overwhelmed by that sequence, ‘JT’ began to let her razor-fast hands go and bloodied up Fernandez.
That final burst proved to be the deciding factor, as she walked away with a clear unanimous decision victory and a second gold strap on her shoulders.
