Ciryl Jacky Gane is a French professional mixed martial artist active in the heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). As of November 2024, he is ranked No. 2 in the heavyweight division of the UFC. Born on April 12, 1990, in La Roche-sur-Yon, France, Ciryl Gane initially was a Muay Thai fighter before switching to MMA. He made his promotional debut in the UFC at UFC Fight Night: Shevchenko vs. Carmouche 2 on August 10, 2019. Gane faced Raphael Pessoa in his debut, whom he defeated via submission through an arm triangle. He is a former 1-time interim UFC heavyweight champion.
