British standout Liam Nolan has no regrets about dedicating his life to martial arts.
Trying to make it in the fight game is no easy task, after all. Ask any professional fighter in the world and they will tell you without hesitation that a career in combat sports requires dedication and a lot of sacrifice.
Instead of playing video games and partying with your friends, you’re putting in work and the gym dreaming of the day you can fight your way to the global stage.
That’s exactly what striking sensation Liam Nolan has done and he has absolutely no regrets about the choices he has made because it’s those choices that have led him to ONE Fight Night 16 on November 3.

‘Lethal’ told ONE Championship in a recent interview:
“I missed out on loads. When I was a kid, I sacrificed my whole life to train. All my friends were going out, going to parties and stuff. And to be honest, I enjoyed being in the gym anyway. I always wanted to be there, so it was an easy choice for me.”
Thus far, Nolan’s sacrifice has seemingly paid off as evidenced by his 21 career wins, three of which have come under the ONE Championship banner.
Heading to the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, ‘Lethal’ will attempt to add another big win to his resume when he runs back his July 2022 showdown with Thai standout Sinsamut Klinmee.
In their first meeting, Sinsamut came out on top, scoring a knockout just 62 seconds into the second round. Nolan will look to even the series and keep his momentum going after landing a unanimous decision victory against Eddie Abasolo last November.
Amazon Prime Video subscribers in North America can catch all the action at ONE Fight Night 16: Haggerty vs. Andrade on Prime Video live in U.S. primetime on Friday, November 3.
