Bobby Green was originally scheduled to fight Dan Hooker in the co-main event of the evening on December 2, 2023. However, an arm injury forced Hooker to withdraw from the bout, and he was ultimately replaced by Jalin Turner, who stepped up to face Green. Bobby Green fought Tony Ferguson and Grant Dawson prior to this bout at UFC 291 and UFC Fight Night: Dawson vs. Green. He won both fights by finishing in the third and first rounds, respectively.

Jalin Turner, on the other hand, faced Dan Hooker before sharing the octagon with Bobby Green. The duo went neck-to-neck, and the fight went the distance. It was decided on the judge’s scorecard who delivered a split decision and declared Turner the winner by split decision. Jalin Turner Losses

Jalin Turner has lost seven fights in his professional career while competing in professional mixed martial arts. He lost his first just after winning two of his initial fights. Turner squared off against Ronnie Borja and Andrew Lagdaan at California Fight League 8 and SMASH Global 4: Fight Bullying, respectively, and lost both fights on a trot. He lost his third professional fight against Richard LeRoy at CFX 8: Cali Kings; he finished Turner via third-round TKO.

Jalin Turner suffered the fourth loss of his career against Vicente Luque at UFC 229; Vicente shut his lights off via first-round KO. Turner encountered his fifth loss against Matt Frevola, whom he fought at UFC 236. He came up short against Frevola despite the fight going the distance; Frevola won the bout via unanimous decision.
