Govind Ale's beginnings in MMA were not all that glorious. However, if it is anything, it is inspiring. He ran away from his home and hometown to become a fighter in the world of Mixed Martial Arts.
Currently, he is an MMA fighter and a full-time trainer at CULT. He has helped MMA in India to gain popularity, and his win in Bahrain, helped to bring International attention to MMA in India.

He had to work in a lot of jobs for a lot of years, until finally the year 2013 saw him getting where he wanted to be, as he signed with Suoer Fight League.
In his years with SFL, he won 5 fights while he lost only one. He will look to continue his record in K1L on Saturday.
However, it was in the year 2017, when Govind’s dream turned into reality as he gained an opportunity to represent India. It was a match between India and Bahrain. This time he was not only successful by winning the competition, but also attained an international recognition.
From dreaming big, battling the brutal odds, representing his country to finally accomplishing an interest he always wanted to do, Govind Singh’s journey is something which shall be cherished for the years to come.
