Lito Adiwang recently offered his thoughts on the Stamp Fairtex vs. Anissa Meksen mixed-rules super fight. The match is booked for ONE Fight Night 6 on Prime Video on January 13.
The highly anticipated showdown between Stamp and Meksen is a four-round bout that will alternate between Muay Thai and MMA rules, starting with a Muay Thai round. Thai superstar Stamp has a clear experience advantage in MMA.
Adiwang predicts that Stamp will be cautious in the opening Muay Thai salvo but finish Meksen during the MMA round. While speaking to The MMA Superfan, 'Thunder Kid' explained:
"In the striking round, I don’t really see Stamp going all out. She will be coming out here technical but not that aggressively. She will want to prolong the striking match so that it will end up in the MMA time and she’ll finish Anissa there."

Stamp Fairtex is not impressed with Anissa Meksen
Stamp Fairtex has been in a war of words with her upcoming opponent Anissa Meksen. 'C18' is undefeated in the ONE circle and earned a recent Muay Thai win over Dangkongfah Banchamek.
However, Stamp was not impressed with Meksen's latest performance. In an interview with SCMP MMA's Nic Atkin, she said:
"I think Dangkongfah is a good athlete, but the advantage that Anissa had over her is that Dangkongfah is quite smaller than her, and this is the first time Dangkongfah fought [on the global stage]. Maybe Dangkongfah got a little bit nervous and excited to fight in ONE. Anissa has good punches, that is all."

In response, the French-Algerian striker confidently stated that Stamp Fairtex isn't even on her level. While speaking with ONE Championship, Meksen explained:
"For me, she's a good fighter, but not the best. I have beaten stronger athletes than her. So for me, I never underestimate my opponent. But you know, I prepare like it will be the last one. Every time. But for me, she's not the best fighter in the world. I've beaten fighters stronger than her."
Anissa Meksen and Stamp Fairtex will finally meet in the ONE circle. Fans are eagerly waiting for this mixed-rules super fight at ONE Fight Night 6 on January 13. ONE Fight Night 6 is live and free for North American fans with a Prime Video subscription.
