Machida calls out Bisping, UFC personalities discuss famous fight movies

Machida-Bisping tapped for early 2016

- Lyoto Machida, the former UFC Light Heavyweight champion is looking to make a return to the Octagon in the early part of 2016, after he has been away recuperating from the nagging injuries and taking a breather from the UFC schedule that saw him go 1-3 in the worst phase of his career with the company.

While there hasn’t been an official announcement yet on the same, Machida wants to face another veteran in Michael Bisping when he does come back to fighting. ‘The Count on his part has not been opposed to the idea, on UFC Tonight, but a lot of it depends on how he performs at UFC 193 in Australia against Robert Whittaker.

Both Bisping and Machida are trying to stay relevant when it comes to the discussion of getting a title shot at 185 lbs, after both their careers have blown hot & cold in recent years. A loss for either one might remove their name from the title hunt for some time to come.
