Marlon Andrés Vera Delgado, also referred to as Chito Vera in the combat sports universe, is an Ecuadorian mixed martial artist who competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship's bantamweight division. He is currently ranked No. 4 in the UFC bantamweight standings as of August 2024.

Vera began his professional career in February 2012. He compiled a record of 6-1-1 while competing for regional promotions in Latin America before trying out for “The Ultimate Fighter” in 2014. On November 15, 2014, at UFC 180, Vera made his promotional debut at UFC against fellow cast member Marco Beltrán; however, Vera was defeated by a unanimous decision in the fight.

Marlon Vera faced Roman Salazar at UFC Fight Night: Teixeira vs. Saint Preux on August 8, 2015. He received a Performance of the Night bonus after winning the match by submission in the second round.

On April 30, 2022, Vera and Rob Font squared off at the UFC on ESPN 35. At the weigh-ins, Font came in at 138.5 pounds, 2.5 pounds over the limit for a non-title bantamweight fight. A catchweight was used for the fight, and Font gave Vera 20% of his winnings in exchange. Vera prevailed by a unanimous decision in the match.

On February 18, 2023, at UFC Fight Night 219, Vera was supposed to take on Cory Sandhagen. On March 25, however, the fight was shifted to UFC on ESPN 43 for an unspecified reason. Vera lost the fight by a split decision; despite one judge giving Vera the victory, Sandhagen received the desired result from the other judges officiating the match.

On August 19, 2023, at UFC 292, Vera was slated to compete against former UFC flyweight and bantamweight champion Henry Cejudo. Pedro Munhoz took Cejudo's place after Cejudo withdrew in late June because of a shoulder injury.
