Neil ‘The Haitian Sensation’ Magny is an American mixed martial artist who currently competes in the welterweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, weighing 170 lbs. Magny is known for his persistent and versatile fighting style and was born on August 3, 1987, in Dolton, Illinois, United States. He began training during college, where he earned a B.A in Criminal Justice. However, his love for MMA grew stronger, and with the guidance of Miguel Torres, Magny picked fighting over law.

Magny spent seven years in the U.S. Army National Guard before transitioning to a full-time career in mixed martial arts, making his professional debut in 2010. He signed with the UFC in 2013 and quickly became one of the promotion's busiest and most active fighters. A cardio machine with a reputation for taking fights on short notice, Magny has won several "Performance of the Night" bonuses and faced multiple big names in the roster including Robbie Lawler, Li Jingliang, Geoff Neal, and Michael Chiesa. As of 2024, he is active in the UFC, consistently locking horns against some of the best contenders in the welterweight division. ​​​
