BKFC president on Paige VanZant's future
BKFC frontman David Feldman has seemingly handed Paige VanZant an ultimatum. According to Feldman, if VanZant doesn't accept a fight on the promotion's upcoming card in April, she will most likely be cut from the organization.
The 28-year-old signed with the BKFC in 2020 after almost six years of competing in the UFC. Paige VanZant has endured a disappointing run in BKFC so far, losing both her bouts in the organization.
Feldman recently revealed that if the former UFC star fails to compete in April, it could mark the end of her BKFC journey. In an interview with Mirror Fighting, the promotion's president had this to say about VanZant's future in the organization:
"I’m going to be talking to her this week and there’s a possibility that she returns on a big card we’ve got in April. If she doesn’t, then it’s probable that she won’t be coming back to BKFC."
