Rodtang Jitmuangnon is counting down the days before he defends his ONE flyweight Muay Thai world title.
The Thai megastar will defend the throne for the sixth time in his career when he takes on familiar foe Jacob Smith in the co-main event of the stacked ONE 169 card on November 8 at the historic Lumpinee Stadium.
Taking to Instagram, Rodtang shared a short clip of his progress heading into one of the biggest fights of his ONE Championship career.
Rodtang Jitmuangnon has been putting in the work at Looksaikongdin Gym with his brother-in-law, and 'The Iron Man' already looks to be in peak shape less than two weeks before his world title defense.

He posted:

Rodtang is a perfect 6-0 in his world title matches in ONE Championship and has held the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world championship since August 2019 when he beat Jonathan Haggerty for the gold at ONE: Dawn of Heroes.
'The Iron Man' has since defended the belt five times against Walter Goncalves, Haggerty, Petchdam Petchyindee, Joseph Lasiri, and Edgar Tabares.
Rodtang also beat Smith in a non-title match when they squared off in the quarterfinals of the ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Grand Prix at ONE 157 in May 2022.
ONE 169 is ONE Championship's final numbered event of the year and is available live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.

Rodtang Jitmuangnon is just a few days away from his next world title defense, but he already has another fight lined up in 2025.
After Rodtang takes on Jacob Smith at ONE 169, the reigning ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion will jump to kickboxing and take on Japanese legend Takeru Segawa in an absolute super fight.
ONE Championship already confirmed that Rodtang and Takeru are slated for a massive showdown in 2025, and 'The Iron Man' promised a whole spectacle once he steps between the ropes against Takeru.
In an interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Rodtang said:
"Takeru and I have similar fighting styles. I can promise an explosive match, in which we go toe to toe. It'd be one of the most entertaining matches for fans around the world."
