Instead of receiving wonderful gifts, some UFC stars might very well be getting a lump of coal from Santa Claus this Christmas, thanks to their naughty streaks this year.
Let's take a look at 5 mixed martial artists who might not be fortunate enough to be on Santa's good side
1. UFC welterweight Colby Covington
Colby Covington is one of the most polarizing figures in MMA today. The often foul-mouthed mixed martial artist is devious in formulating well-crafted insults.

The 34-year-old is also particularly good at coming up with interesting nicknames for his opponents. 'C*m Shot' for Khamzat Chimaev, 'Street Judas' for Jorge Masvidal, and 'Marty Fake Newsman' for Kamaru Usman are some of the American's nicknaming hits.

Prior to his most recent fight against Jorge Masvidal, Covington went a step too far and stated that Masvidal was a "bad father" in an interview with TheMacLife:
"Come to find out the guy is a piece of s**t... He doesn't care about his kids... The truth is Jorge Masvidal is a piece of s**t father and a piece of s**t fighter."

2. UFC welterweight Jorge Masvidal
Like his former foe Colby Covington, Jorge Masvidal is in all likelihood far from Santa's good graces. Earlier this year, the 38-year-old landed a host of legal trouble for allegedly assaulting 'Chaos' outside of the Papi Steak restaurant in Miami.
'Gamebred' has also exhibited similar behavior in the past. He pieced up Leon Edwards in a backstage altercation during the promotion's London card in 2019.

3. UFC welterweight Khamzat Chimaev
Khamzat Chimaev is perhaps the premier promotion's most promising rising pay-per-view superstar. However, the fighter has acted less than professionally on numerous occasions throughout the year.
Chechen and Kevin Holland started the UFC 279 backstage clash which ultimately resulted in the cancelation of the pre-fight press conference for the event. 'Broz' was also reportedly involved in an altercation with Nate Diaz's team at the same event.

4. UFC lightweight Conor McGregor
Where to begin? Let's just give one look at the Irishman's Twitter post and Santa is definitely lumping coal through the 34-year-old's chimney.
Perhaps the most vicious of 'The Notorious' Twitter jabs were aimed at social media star Hasbulla Magomedov. McGregor never missed an opportunity to poke fun at the 3 ft 4 internet celebrity's short stature.
5. UFC middleweight Sean Strickland
Sean Strickland is known for his signature trash talk. Anytime the fighter gets on stage for a press conference, things are bound to get interesting.
However, some of 'Tarzan's antics earlier this year are sure to have angered Santa Claus. In a Tweet, the American poked fun at promotional legend Khabib Nurmagomedov, saying:
“You guys every wonder how khabib has s*x??? F*ck guarantee she fakes it… Actually no I bet it’s completely silent and when he finishes he just walks away… lmao!!!”
The 31-year-old followed up on his insults in a few subsequent tweets.
