Liam Harrison has yet to fly up to Denver, but he's already training at the city's high altitude.

The British Muay Thai and kickboxing icon literally elevated his training camp ahead of his all-legends clash against Seksan at ONE 168: Denver on September 6.

Harrison will face Seksan in a 140-pound catchweight Muay Thai match in his first fight following a two-year injury layoff. He decided to enter an altitude simulation chamber ahead of their clash at Ball Arena.

ISKA kickboxing champion Joe Craven, a teammate of Harrison's at Bad Company, shared on Instagram that he's been helping 'Hitman' get acclimated to Denver's high altitude ahead of ONE 168.

Craven posted:

"BIG second session today at 2,000 meters altitude in preparation for @liambadco next fight in Denver, Colorado. 10 solid rounds swapping between @andybadco1 and @darrellkendall_ absolutely blasting pads!"

Liam Harrison, an eight-time Muay Thai, and kickboxing world champion has been out of action for nearly two years after he suffered a horrific knee injury in his world title challenge against then-ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Nong-O Hama in August 2022.

The 38-year-old Leeds native has since recovered from his knee injury and is ready to throw down against Seksan in less than a month's time.

Harrison has been sharing clips of his training camp at Bad Company Gym, and the 90-win veteran looks as powerful as ever.

Tickets for ONE 168 are available at Ticketmaster.

Liam Harrison recalls defying doctors' advice ahead of his highly anticipated return

Liam Harrison knows his time at the highest level of the sport is nearing its end. That's why he's not letting anyone tell him what to do before he heads off into retirement.

In an interview with ONE Championship, Harrison recalled defying his doctors' advice while recovering from his injured left knee.

Harrison said:

"ACL tear, MCL tear, basically everything that can go wrong in your knee went wrong. The surgeon said, 'You're not gonna be able to come back as strong as you are, you're older now, you've got a great career, I think you should retire.'"

He added:

"Yeah, f*** you. I'm not taking orders from anyone. I'm going out on my own terms. I'm just as fast, if not faster. Just as sharp, if not sharper. And I'm gonna prove that I'm just as ferocious or if not more than I was before."
