Adriano Moraes and Demetrious Johnson have each traded knockout wins over the other. Moraes and Johnson have each won their fights against the other by way of knee-strike knockout heading into their third meeting.
'Mikinho' is heading into the biggest fight of his career. A trilogy match with the ONE flyweight world title on the line against 'Mighty Mouse.' However, he recognizes how funny of a situation it would be if this fight also ended with a knee-strike knockout.
While speaking in an interview with SCMP MMA, the former world champion said:
"The first fight finished it with a knee, the second finished it with a knee also. It would be funny if the trilogy finishes with a knee again. I’ll be really prepared to do my best to put on a show. To show everybody why I’m one of the best in this game."

Moraes and Johnson will be battling for the third time later this year at ONE Fight Night 10, booked for May 5. Fans can enjoy the event on Amazon Prime Video. The fight card will be historic as the 1stBank Center in Colorado will host ONE Championship's inaugural event in the USA.

Adriano Moraes is celebrating ten years with ONE Championship
Brazil's Adriano Moraes has been with ONE Championship for a whopping 10 years. He continues to make history as he will headline the debut event stateside to add to his world tour of fighting across the globe.
Looking back over his ten years in the above interview with SCMP MMA, Moraes said:
“I want to be busy. I want to fight more, of course. It’s going to be my 10th [year] anniversary in ONE Championship. I think it’s a long journey inside the company. It’s amazing. I think I’m the only fighter who traveled to all the capitals in Asia to fight. I just want to enjoy this year and celebrate and do what I love to do, which is to fight.”
