It appears that the AI judge for the Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury has led to promoters considering using the technology for ring girls in future fights. Given the reception given to the AI judge, popular AI influencer Lily Hayes believes she could soon do what ring girls do and is aiming for the proposed Fury vs. Anthony Joshua fight next year.
In a recent interview with Daily Star, Hayes' creator opened up about the financial opportunities that AI offers and revealed that the popular influencer has already been approached for promoting sports events. Hayes' creator stated:
"Lily has built an incredible fanbase over the past 12 months, and boxing is a really exciting opportunity for her to break into the mainstream... Ring Girls have always been a massive part of boxing, but the interesting thing about AI Influencers becoming Ring Girls is fans can actually connect with them online, 24/7, and in multiple languages in the lead-up to, during, and after the event."
