Alaverdi Ramazanov won't be too fussed about who he draws, even if it's not Jonathan Haggerty, when he does secure a ticket to reclaim the ONE bantamweight kickboxing world title.

The Russian striking dynamo returns to action against fellow ex-kingpin Petchtanong Petchfergus in a fixture that could earn either man a shot at Jonathan Haggerty's crown.

Of course, Haggerty will have his hands full with a Muay Thai world title defense with Superlek first at ONE 168: Denver on September 6.

But once he's done there, Ramazanov is open to facing 'The General,' or anyone else that will hold the division's 26 pounds of gold after he secures a win over Petchtanong at ONE Friday Fights 68 on June 28.

Ahead of his return to the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, Ramazanov told ONE Championship:

"It doesn't matter who has the belt when I come for it. I'll fight whoever has it, whether it's Haggerty or another opponent."

ONE Friday Fights 68 broadcasts live from the Mecca of Muay Thai on June 28. The event will be available via pay-per-view at watch.onefc.com.

Superlek warns Jonathan Haggerty that he's become way better since first encounter in 2018

Jonathan Haggerty's desire for redemption will fuel him to be at his best against Superlek when they run it back inside the Ball Arena for ONE 168: Denver on September 6.

However, 'The Kicking Machine' shares a similar goal and desire to open his first fight on American soil with a massive win.

In a separate interview with Sportskeeda MMA, the Kiatmoo9 Gym athlete took an opportunity to remind the two-sport king that he's not the same fighter Haggerty faced in October 2018:

"I have made huge improvements since the last time he fought me. I've been with ONE for a while, and I have grown comfortable with the style and the smaller gloves."

ONE 168: Denver will be ONE Championship's second on-ground show in the United States. Follow this link to purchase tickets to the star-studded event.
