Alexander Volkanovski recently reacted to a hilarious meme shared by Sean Strickland on social media. Strickland posted a collage of the sequence of his public altercation with Dricus du Plessis at UFC 296, with a zoomed-in image of the Australian hilariously looking on with excitement.

For context, Strickland and du Plessis got into a screaming match while spectating the UFC 296 event. Their argument soon got physical, with 'Tarzan' jumping over a chair to lunge at the South African fighter and the two exchanging blows in the crowd. With their rivalry at its peak, they were booked for a title fight at UFC 297, where du Plessis won the middleweight strap via a razor-sharp split decision.

Ahead of their title rematch at UFC 312 in February in Sydney, Strickland shared a meme about the incident and tagged Volkanovski in his Instagram post. Given that he was tagged by Strickland, Volkanovski took to the post's comments section to issue a response. He wrote:

Alexander Volkanovski names one attribute he'd like from another fighter

Alexander Volkanovski recently outlined one quality he'd like to take from another fighter. The Australian named his former rival Max Holloway and explained why he'd love to have the Hawaiian fighter's tenacity and toughness.

Speaking to his fans during a recent Q&A session, the former UFC featherweight champion explained his point and detailed how Holloway's "chin" could help him up his game in the cage. He said:

"I don't know, I'm quite confident in my skill and everything... I mean, Max had the chin, you know? I still think that would still be a crazy chin. I'd say 'chin' because that's how I've always looked at it. This is how it's always been for me going through my career. You always know that someone can catch you, you know? That's just the game... So, if you could sit there and have the chin, take away the only opportunity for someone to beat you, you're going to be pretty hard to beat, that's for sure."
