Aljamain Sterling is not a fan of Raul Rosas Jr.'s gym and training manners and believes that the 18-year-old needs to learn how to conduct himself while practicing martial arts with others.

In a clip posted on Instagram taken from his YouTube channel, 'Funk Master' can be seen and heard recalling a practice grappling session with Rosas Jr. and being disappointed about the way things played out.

It seems Aljamain Sterling wasn't planning on going too hard in training and informed Rosas Jr. of the same. However, 'El Nino Problema' apparently had other plans and tried showboating a little, with his father recording the session:

"I'm like, 'Oh, it's a f**king show and tell... This is what you guys are doing? Are you guys just recording sh*t and saying nothing?'... That's just a sh***y personality. You'd think someone would've taught him some etiquette, going into gyms and stuff and working out with other people. But I guess not."

Raul Rosas Jr. is the youngest fighter ever to be signed by the UFC and the youngster put on a stunning display of dominance over his opponent Jay Perrin on his promotional debut at UFC 282. Rosas Jr. secured a submission in the first round and won a Performance of the Night bonus.

Aljamain Sterling responds to Raul Rosas Jr. after the latter claims he could beat the bantamweight champion

It looks like Aljamain Sterling's antipathy for the UFC's youngest-ever fighter goes beyond just training and practice disputes. Speaking to Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, Raul Rosas Jr. recently claimed he could get the better of all the ranked bantamweights, including the champion.

Aljamain Sterling hilariously reacted to this comment with a sarcastic tweet, simultaneously taking a dig at his next opponent, Henry Cejudo. 'Funk Master' wrote:

"They should make that fight next. I really think that Rosas will fu*k him up! I heard Cejudos out and Rosas is in!"

While 'El Nino Problema' certainly seems to have lived up to the hype, it seems very unlikely that the UFC will fast-track him through the rankings this early. While the youngster's talent cannot be questioned, his age and relative lack of experience mean that the promotion will be very cautious about his matchups.

Meanwhile, the Jamaican-American champion is gearing up to face Henry Cejudo next. Their matchup will also mark the return of 'Triple C' to the octagon after announcing his retirement in 2020.
