Aljamain Sterling's feud with Movsar Evloev continues to grow, with 'Funk Master' uploading a clip of himself on X/Twitter accusing the Russian featherweight of using performance-enhancing drugs. Naturally, this drew a response from Evloev, who taunted Sterling, claiming that the latter was fearful of him.
This, in turn, drew a response from Sterling, who doubled down on his accusations in a tweet. He expressed zero doubt of his belief that Evloev uses performance-enhancing drugs before asserting that there is nothing his rival can do to prevent the loss Sterling is promising to hand him.
"Basically, you're admitting I'm right? You've 100% taken gear and probably still on the gear. You talk to much and I know for certain. It's ok tho. When you realized it's not enough to beat me you'll contemplate your entire career of why you even bothered to try."

The pair will lock horns in a featherweight title eliminator at UFC 307, with the former bantamweight champion intent on running through the undefeated Russian in pursuit of 145-pound gold. Meanwhile, Evloev is determined to rebook a matchup with reigning UFC featherweight king Ilia Topuria.
He was previously booked to face the unbeaten Spaniard prior to the latter's championship ascension. Unfortunately, Evloev was forced to withdraw from the bout after contracting COVID-19. With the bout with Sterling fast approaching, he will be eager to prove his detractors wrong.
'Funk Master' is a former champion and one of the most accomplished bantamweights of all time, who is now trying to achieve similar levels of greatness at featherweight. Evloev, on the other hand, isn't nearly as accomplished.
While undefeated, his UFC performances, all of which lack finishes, have failed to impress, especially given how prolific a finisher he was in his pre-UFC career.
This isn't the first time that Movsar Evloev has taunted Aljamain Sterling
Aljamain Sterling and Movsar Evloev have been jabbing at each other on social media for some time now. The Russian phenom, in particular, has often taken the opportunity to taunt 'Funk Master,' which previously revolved around their prior disagreement on the fight date.
"Just don't try to push the date of your beating too far. I want to get done with you as soon as possible and move on to real challenges."
