Alyse Anderson wraps up her training at American Top Team in preparation for clash with Stamp Fairtex

America's Alyse Anderson is nearing the biggest fight of her young career—and she put in a ton of work at the American Top Team to prepare for Stamp Fairtex.

The 28-year-old has trained at MMA Masters and Scorpion Fighting System in the past, but she recently took her talents to the renowned American Top Team gym in Coconut Creek, Florida.

Alyse Anderson is scheduled to face promotional superstar Stamp Fairtex at ONE Fight Night 10 on Prime Video in May. 'Lil Savage' is 1-1 inside the Circle thus far, with her lone victory coming via submission over Asha Roka.

Alyse Anderson expects the best version of Stamp Fairtex, but isn't too impressed with her grappling

Anderson knows how difficult it is to face Stamp, and she told ONE that she's expecting to see the very best version of the former champ. She stated:

“I don’t know Stamp personally, but from what I see, it looks like she trains hard for every fight. So I don’t think that she’s underestimating me.”

'Lil Savage' added:

“I know she has a lot of power in her hands. But grappling-wise, I don’t think she has as much strength.”

Stamp Fairtex is the former ONE atomweight Muay Thai and kickboxing world title holder, but she has since lost both belts. The 25-year-old is now chasing a world title in a third sport, MMA, something that has never been done under ONE's banner.

The superstar is an impressive 9-2 under MMA rules inside the Circle. Her most notable victories came against Alyona Rassohyna, Ritu Phogat, and most recently, Jihin Radzuan.

Anderson's biggest strength is perhaps Stamp's biggest weakness, grappling. The American owns a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, while scoring submissions in two of her last four bouts.
