Training camp's wrapped up and all that's left for Jarred Brooks is to dominate between the ropes.
Brooks looks to return to the throne he once sat on when he faces Gustavo Balart for the ONE interim strawweight MMA world championship in the main event of ONE Fight Night 24 in Bangkok.
Ahead of his Friday return at Lumpinee Stadium, Brooks took to Instagram to share what's going through his mind in the few days before his fated clash with Balart.

"IT'S FIGHT WEEK!! I am more than prepared to give you guys a show! @onechampionship"
Brooks has been itching to reclaim a piece of ONE Championship gold since he relinquished the ONE strawweight MMA world title to rival Joshua Pacio at ONE 166.
Pacio and Brooks' rivalry is one of the most heated in ONE Championship, and things pointed to a pure barnburner when their world title rematch was announced for Qatar earlier this year.
Things, however, went sideways when Brooks inadvertently spiked Pacio's head to the canvas in the opening round of their match at Lusail Sports Arena.
Although it was an accident, spikes to the head are illegal in ONE Championship and referee Herb Dean declared that Brooks was disqualified and Pacio eventually took the ONE strawweight MMA world title.
Nevertheless, Brooks can secure a world title unification match and an inevitable trilogy against Pacio if he gets past Balart this Friday.

Jarred Brooks wants to knock Gustavo Balart out in interim world title meeting
Although he's a natural grappler, Jarred Brooks is determined to let his hands go when he faces Gustavo Balart this Friday at the Mecca of Muay Thai.
In an interview with ABS-CBN, Brooks said he's determined to chalk up his first knockout win in ONE Championship at the expense of the former Cuban Olympic wrestler.
"I want it to be a first-round knockout, every fighter wants a first-round knockout. But Gustavo has proven again and again and again that in the second and third round, he gasses."
