Before Superbon and Tawanchai PK Saenchai renew their rivalry at ONE 170, two-division MMA world champion Anatoly Malykhin weighed in on both superstars' chances at getting their hand raised on Jan. 24.
Their first encounter at ONE Friday Fights 46 ended in favor of the defending king. Superbon, the ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion, did his best to make life difficult for the PK Saenchai Muay Thai Gym athlete, but he eventually fell short via a majority decision inside the Lumpinee Stadium.
With that now a thing of the past, Superbon aims to right his mistakes, claim the ONE featherweight Muay Thai world championship, and become a two-sport world champion inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

For him to achieve that, Anatoly Malykhin believes the striking veteran will need to be more crafty with his hands instead of solely relying on his trademark kicking game if he wants to get his 2025 off to a sweet start this Friday.
Speaking to ONE Championship, the ONE light heavyweight and middleweight kingpin said:
"Superbon is famous for his leg kicks. He strikes very well, and he can score knockouts using his legs. But he has, so to say, holes in his game. This guy strikes well with his legs, but his weak spot is his boxing – I would define him this way."
This all-champion showdown will serve as the headline attraction of ONE 170. Before the two dance for gold, Fabricio Andrade will defend his bantamweight MMA crown against Kwon Won Il.
Meanwhile, Nico Carrillo and Nabil Anane trade leather to determine the ONE interim bantamweight Muay Thai world champion.
The complete card will be available live in Asia primetime via watch.onefc.com on Jan. 24.
Anatoly Malykhin wants Reug Reug rematch at ONE 171: Qatar
Like Superbon, Anatoly Malykhin has revenge on his mind as 2025 gets underway.
'Sladkiy' lost his ONE heavyweight MMA world title and his perfect MMA resume at the hands of 'Reug Reug' Oumar Kane in their back-and-forth 25-minute war at ONE 169 in November last year.
With plenty of blockbuster cards already lined up for Q1 this year, Anatoly Malykhin does not want to waste time to resume his quest on the global stage.
If he has it his way, the Russian behemoth wants his rematch against Oumar Kane to take place at ONE 171: Qatar on Feb. 20 — in the very same venue where he became a three-division MMA world champion, the Lusail Sports Arena, in March last year.
He told ONE Championship in a separate interview:
"Qatar loves big guys, and I think a rematch with Kane would be an incredible event for them. I’m as fired up as ever and ready to reclaim my belt."
