Reigning two-division MMA world champion Anatoly Malykhin has vouched the power of the leg kicks of ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai ahead of his world title defense against Superbon on Jan. 24 at ONE 170.
In a recent interview with the world's largest martial arts organization, the Russian knockout artist narrated the time when he experienced the powerful kick from the Thai striking sensation.
'Sladkiy' said:
"Tawanchai is very strong physically, very strong legs. Once, I was at a ONE Friday Fights competition, and he low-kicked me, and my leg hurt for about five days. So, it's better to avoid low kicks from that guy."

This recent statement from Malykhin is only one of the testaments to the incredible power that Tawanchai had from those vicious leg kicks. It was one of the main reasons why he has a high finish rate under the ONE banner.
Several of the defending king's most notable wins were against Sean Clancy, Saemapetch Fairtex, Niclas Larsen, Jamal Yusupov and Davit Kiria.

Additionally, the 25-year-old menace proclaimed that being in his best shape will not be a problem on fight night because he still feel younger than his age, as he stated:
"I train all the time, I've trained my body and also worked on sparring. I think I'm still a teenager, still young. I don't think it should be a problem to perform in this rematch."
