Andrew Tate allegedly in more trouble for discussing "bribes to Romanian officials" on unauthorized call from prison

Andrew Tate, the misogynistic influencer who shot to fame last year, enjoyed every moment of his newfound fame. Tate consistently flaunted his house, his fleet of cars and his lifestyle with pride.

On December 29, Romanian police arrested Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan, and two accused accomplices, putting an abrupt end to his good fortune. They were accused of conducting a trafficking network that coerced women into making online pornographic content.

The accusations, which include rape, human trafficking, money laundering, and the formation of a criminal organization, could result in decades of imprisonment. It was also recently revealed that Andrew Tate will be held in custody until the end of March while investigations continue.

Andrew Tate, who was already in hot water for the aforementioned charges, is now in even more jeopardy as new information from the case emerges. He allegedly discussed bribing Romanian officials during an unauthorized call from prison.

Moe Gangat, who has represented multiple Fortune 500 companies and worked with the NBA and NFL Players' Association, recently disclosed details from Andrew Tate's ongoing trial. On his TikTok handle, @lawyerforworkers, he stated:

"We've got credible reports of Andrew Tate doing some really dumb things. He's in a Romanian prison, locked up, waiting for his trial. [Just] like in the United States, they let you make calls and monitor your calls. Anything you say can and will be used against you."

Gangat revealed:

"Firstly, here's only a list of people who he is allowed to call and the reports are that he called people on the approved list and then patched in other third parties. That can be its own crime, and it's certainly not going to help him attempt to get out on bond. Big trouble if you ask me.... They are [also] saying that he's on jail calls discussing with another individual bribing two Romanian public officials."
