Former kickboxing champion and social media influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate have been held in prison for over two months now, with no sentencing in sight.

The brothers claim they have been framed by what they refer to as 'The Matrix' and have been charged with suspicion of organized crime and human trafficking. Despite extensive proof in their favor, the case against them is not strong enough for a conviction.

Andrew Tate is in a state of confusion as he remains in jail despite cooperating fully with the authorities and providing 500 videos, photos and other evidence to prove his innocence. The most heart-wrenching aspect of his ordeal is that neither he nor his brother Tristan Tate, who is also in custody, have been allowed any visits, not even from their children. 'Cobra' is now questioning what Romania wants from him and why he is still being held without any strong evidence against him.

The 36-year-old controversial influencer tweeted:

"I've cooperated fully in every way. Done everything they asked of me. I have 500 pieces of video, photo and other evidence proving my innocence. But I am still in jail. What does Romania want from me?"

Their arrest has garnered a lot of attention from their followers, who have been vocal in their support for the brothers. However, the lack of progress in the case has left many wondering about the fairness of the legal system.

Andrew Tate's incarceration is extended for another 30 days by the Romainian Court

Andrew Tate, a polarizing figure on social media, has been remanded in custody for the third time in Romania, along with his brother Tristan. The two were detained in December 2022 on serious charges including human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized crime group. According to the Romanian organized crime agency Diicot, the brothers are under investigation for their alleged involvement in sexual assault and exploitation of others. The agency is conducting a thorough investigation to determine the extent of their involvement in these heinous crimes.

'Cobra' and his brother Tristan's detention in Romania has been extended for 30 more days by the Bucharest Court. The court order means that the brothers will remain in custody until the end of March while authorities gather more evidence and conduct further interviews with potential witnesses. The seriousness of the charges against them means that the investigation is expected to continue for some time.
