Andrew Tate continues to plead his innocence against his criminal charges, which include sexual assault, human trafficking, and organized crime. He took to X/Twitter to lash out at DIICOT, a Romanian law enforcement agency tasked with investigating and prosecuting organized crime, among other offenses.
Moreover, Tate's tweet continued the trend of him characterizing the criticism often lobbied against him as being part of a global conspiracy designed to sully his image and mischaracterize his associates.
"The second file has been ruled lacking evidence by the judge of appeals and the jail request by DIICOT was rejected. We are free. The second file took every single female we have ever interacted with and labeled them as victims against their will. They are all furious as they were defending us. They also took every Romanian man we know and labeled them as money launderers."
After claiming to be unfairly targeted, the controversial social media influencer tried to divert attention toward the Israel-Hamas war, which he has previously shared strong thoughts on, all while making damning accusations against his detractors.

"The haters who push these narratives are directly paid by DIICOT and Zionist NGOs to discredit our names. Many are peadophiles who have achieved plea deals with the government to peddle misinformation. The Matrix is blowing children apart in Gaza, and people think WE are the bad guys? This whole farse is almost at an end."
For now though, the former kickboxer will have to await the verdict of his legal battle, which both his detractors and supporters are following closely.
Andrew Tate's charges explored
On June 23, 2023, Andrew Tate and his younger brother Tristan Tate were both formally charged with human trafficking, sexual assault, and the formation of an organized crime group. While the Tate brothers have strongly denied the accusations, they have since faced an intense legal ordeal.
The news at the time was broken by the BBC, with whom the Tate brothers have an extremely contentious relationship, especially Andrew. The 37-year-old has repeatedly expressed outrage over the manner in which the BBC covers stories about him, even accusing them of journalistic bias.
