Controversial internet personality Andrew Tate has taken to X to share another polarizing opinion. This time, he praised Manchester United player Noussair Mazraoui for refusing to wear a pro-LGBTQ+ Adidas jacket promoted by the soccer club.
Mazraoui's actions prompted his Manchester United teammates to refuse to wear the jacket in a controversial show of solidarity. While the move has drawn criticism from some, Tate praised the players in a recent tweet.
On an X thread reporting on the United players' decision to abandon their club's LGBTQ+ support plans, Tate popped up with a comment of his own, commending the players in question.
"Resist the slave mind."

It isn't the first time that Tate has made controversial statements regarding social issues. In Mazraoui's case, there is potential solidarity between the pair. Mazraoui is a devout Muslim, who cited his religion as his primary reason for refusing to wear the aforementioned pro-LGBTQ+ jacket.
Tate is a Muslim convert, who has championed Islam on various occasions, most recently when discussing the current immigration crisis embroiling England. While Tate and Mazraoui have never publicly engaged one another in any meaningful capacity, it wouldn't be unlikely for the former kickboxer to reach out.
Andrew Tate made another controversial statement in recent weeks
In the aftermath of former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor being found liable for assaulting Nikita Hand, Andrew Tate took to X to react to the verdict in a trademark tirade.
"Bullsh*t ruling against Conor McGregor. Women sleep with rich men and if that man doesn't fund their life afterwards they lie and sue. Their brutal narcissism can't take the L of being undesired. We've set a dangerous precedent. It's literally impossible to be a man in the western world."
Not only did Tate speak up in defense of McGregor, but he also implied that women who seek legal action against wealthy men alleged to have sexually assaulted them are largely fraudulent.
