The Tate brothers are currently in the custody of the Romanian government on charges of human trafficking. Both Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate plead not guilty to the accusations and are currently awaiting trial.
In an interview with Piers Morgan, Tate's lawyer complained about his living conditions while claiming that the brothers have not been charged yet:
"They are controversial public figures but that's not a crime and at this point we've not been provided any proof that they've committed any crimes nor have they even been charged. So I would ask that people presume them innocent as they are."
Andrew Tate still maintains a social media presence, as his account is being run by someone from his team who is probably getting to interact with him frequently. Twitter is divided on whether the Tate brothers truly deserve what is happening to them.
