The countdown to Liam Harrison's highly anticipated comeback to action continues, and his preparation intensifies, with his fight against Katsuki Kitano inching closer by the day.
Harrison, who was a former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title challenger and the current number five-ranked divisional contender, will meet the young Japanese contender in a bantamweight fight on June 7 at ONE 167, which goes down inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
Ahead of his much-awaited return, the British combat sports superstar has teased his fans and followers with another fantastic training video on Instagram. He captioned the short clip with:
"Another solid days work in the bag @cookie_muay_thai @evolutionsamuimuaythai #muaythai"

In the video, Harrison was throwing some heat on his strikes and showcasing his full arsenal through solid combinations of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes. He hopes to translate this into a third victory under the world's largest martial arts organization.
His last appearance inside the ring was a defeat at the hands of then-ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Nong-O Hama, who TKO'ed him in the opening round of their world championship clash in August 2022 at ONE on Prime Video 1.
Liam Harrison is excited to see action for the first time in almost two years
Harrison was forced to watch from the sidelines for almost two years after he suffered multiple ligament tears in his left knee, which required an extended period of recovery.
Now that he is fully healthy and ready to go, the Bad Company representative is looking forward to getting back inside the ring as soon as possible because he missed all of the action and adrenaline of competing against the top fighters in the world.
ONE 167 is available live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in North America in U.S. primetime on June 7. The card will emanate from the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
