“Another weapon I can use” - Bantamweight MMA king Fabricio Andrade confident his grappling is superior to Kwon Won Il

The reigning ONE bantamweight MMA world champion 'Wonder Boy' Fabricio Andrade is entering ONE 170 with a sharper focus on maximizing his full arsenal of skills in his first title defense.

On January 24th, Andrade will be defending his world title against 'Pretty Boy' Kwon Won Il at the Impact Arena in Bangkok. The Fabricio Andrade versus Kwon Won Il match is one of the three world title matches slated for fight night.

This isn't the first time that 'Pretty Boy' is meeting 'Wonder Boy' Kwon Won Il inside the cage. At ONE 158 in June 2022, Andrade showcased an unforgettable knockout against the Korean fighter with a nasty liver kick that ended the bout in just over a minute.

That win secured Andrade's opportunity to challenge for a title shot against John Lineker. With the world title now his, 'Wonder Boy' is confident that his well-rounded game will allow him to take the fight wherever it needs to go.

"He's a very aggressive guy, has very good boxing, and works well with punches to the waistline. He's a young guy and still has a lot to improve, but he can't be underestimated."
