Aung La N Sang believes that good cardio is the key to success and longevity in the fight game.
On Friday, September 6, the former two-division ONE world champion will return to the Circle as the promotion heads back to the United States for a loaded ONE 168: Denver card in The Mile High City.
After securing a trio of highlight-reel finishes in his last three outings, 'The Burmese Python' will look to bag another big one when he meets undefeated Turkish standout Shamil Erdogan.

Documenting his road to ONE 168 via his YouTube channel, Aung La shared what he believes is the most important tool to have as you step into a fight.
"Striking and grappling cardios are very different," Aung La said. "Even if you’re at 100 percent striking cardio, your grappling cardio might not be there. So you want to make sure both cardios are on point."
Aung La N Sang will be gunning for his 31st career victory as he works his way back up toward the top of the middleweight division.
Shamil Erdogan primed to stop Aung La N Sang's unbeaten streak at ONE 168: Denver
Determined to end Aung La's three-fight unbeaten streak will be Shamil Erdogan, making his sophomore appearance for the promotion after an impressive second-round knockout of Fan Rong in his debut at ONE Friday Fights 22.
Before that, Erdogan earned four finishes on the regional scene, including three KOs and a submission victory.
Though Aung La is well aware of the danger that Erdogan brings with him to the Circle, that won't stop him from trying to make this a bloody brawl to remember in front of a raucous U.S. crowd.
"I'm envisioning my best performance yet and it's going to be a violent one," Aung La told ONE.
Will 'The Burmese Python' extend his win streak to four, or will Shamil Erdogan move to 10-0 and establish himself as a potential title contender in the loaded middleweight division?
