Australian podcaster Chris Primod is not happy with Diego Sanchez's recent fight bookings.
The podcaster took to Twitter to urge promoters not to offer Sanchez any more fights as 'The Nightmare' has contributed a lot to combat sports and does not need to incur damage at this stage in his life:
"Can promotions stop booking Diego Sanchez. Enough is enough. The man is a legend of the sport."

On February 17, Sanchez made his bare-knuckle boxing debut at BKFC Knucklemania 3. The event took place in Albuquerque, New Mexico and was headlined by a light heavyweight showdown between Lorenzo Hunt and Mike Richman.
Sanchez had a tough hill to climb as he went up against former boxing champion Austin Trout. 'The Nightmare' suffered a brutal cut to his face which led to a doctor's stoppage in the fourth round. Trout was declared the winner by TKO.
During his time in the UFC, Sanchez earned a lot of respect and recognition. 'The Nightmare' started his career in the promotion by winning the inaugural season of 'The Ultimate Fighter'. Sanchez then went on to face various prominent fighters like Nick Diaz, Kenny Florian, B.J. Penn, Josh Koscheck, Clay Guida, Jake Ellenberger, Gilbert Melendez, Al Iaquinta, Matt Brown, and Michael Chiesa.
Sanchez had a total of 32 fights in the UFC and won 19 of them.
Mike Perry discusses Diego Sanchez vs. Austin Trout
Mike Perry does not believe it was ideal for Diego Sanchez to step inside the squared circle against former boxing champion Austin Trout.
Perry recently did an interview with 'The Schmo' where he shared his thoughts on the Sanchez vs. Trout fight. According to 'Platinum', Sanchez was not fully prepared to take on the challenge presented by Trout:
"Unfortunate [for] Diego Sanchez, man. You're not punching... You're just out there fighting a boxer, getting punched. You are a legend though, man. You fight in your own way a lot and they threw you in there and that is boxing, bro. And it was bare-knuckle boxing. So, you had to bleed... Respect, but that wasn't smart, man. It wasn't right. You weren't prepared properly for that."

Perry himself has been a part of two bare-knuckle boxing bouts. But unlike Sanchez, 'Platinum' was victorious in both encounters.
