The Bakhram Murtazaliev vs. Tim Tszyu event is now in the books. The card was held on Oct. 19 at the Caribe Royale in Olranda, Florida.
The main event featured a 12-round clash between Murtazaliev and Tszyu for the IBF junior middleweight belt. The Russian, who had a 22-0 record prior to the fight, entered the event with an aim to continue his dominant undefeated run. Tszyu, on the other hand, was looking to bounce back from his first career loss to Sebastian Fundora in March.
The fight turned out to be a one-sided affair as Murtazaliev scored multiple knockdowns before scoring a finish in the third round of the fight.

The co-main event featured a scrap between Yoenis Tellez and Johan Gonzalez. Tellez scored multiple knockdowns in the fight and went on to score a finish in the seventh round of the bout.
Meanwhile, Cesar Mateo Tapia and Endry Saavedra locked horns in a middleweight clash. Prior to the showdown, Tapia was undefeated with a 17-0 record and Saavedra was 16-1 in his professional career.
The fight was an entertaining back-and-forth war where both fighters had moments of success. The bout lasted all 10 rounds and ended in a majority draw. The three judges scored the bout 94-92 (Tapia), 93-93 and 93-93.
