Fabricio Andrade could not have prepared better for his world title defense against his familiar foe.
The reigning ONE bantamweight MMA world champion will defend his throne against fellow knockout menace Kwon Won Il at the stacked ONE 170 card on Jan. 24 at Impact Arena.
In an interview with ONE Championship, Andrade said he trained with the best training partners possible at Tiger Muay Thai while upping the ante with each passing session.

Fabricio Andrade said:
"This camp is perfect for that (defending my belt as many times as I can), because I'm challenging myself every day, putting myself in complicated situations and training with very tough partners. I think I'm on the right track to keep the belt."
Andrade is one of the most exciting and fearsome fighters on the planet, and his Muay Thai base made him a nearly unstoppable offensive force inside the cage.
'Wonder Boy' has a perfect 6-0 record in his MMA matches in ONE Championship, with five of his wins coming via either submission or knockout.
Despite being a natural striker, Andrade started his promotional tenure with a sublime submission finish over Mark Abelardo at ONE: No Surrender in Bangkok.
Andrade then secured a unanimous decision win over Shoko Sato at ONE: Unbreakable III before racking up four straight knockout wins over Li Kai Wen, Jeremy Pacatiw, Kwon Won Il, and John Lineker.
Andrade's win over Lineker ultimately secured him the ONE bantamweight MMA world title at ONE Fight Night 7 in Bangkok.
Fabricio Andrade says Kwon Won Il presents a constant danger during fights
Fabricio Andrade knows he can't let his guard down against Kwon Won in their world title matchup at ONE 170.
'Wonder Boy' is already familiar with Kwon after knocking out 'Pretty Boy' in their first meeting at ONE 158 in Singapore.
Kwon has since recovered from that loss with three straight knockout wins against Mark Abelardo, Artem Belakh, Shinechagtga Zoltsetseg.
Andrade told ONE Championship:
"He's a very aggressive guy, has very good boxing, and works well with punches to the waistline. He's a young guy and still has a lot to improve, but he can't be underestimated."
