Nieky Holzken coming off a victory from his previous match in ONE Championship last January

After losing back-to-back matches against Sinsamut Klinmee in March 2022 at ONE: X and Arian Sadikovic in June 2023 at ONE Fight Night 11, the 40-year-old battle-tested athlete has snapped his two-fight skid with a win over Japanese-Korean icon Yoshihiro Akiyama in their catchweight special rules bout last January 28 as part of the ONE 165 card in Tokyo.

Holzken scored a first-round TKO win to spoil 'Sexyama's' return to Japan and improve his record under the world's largest martial arts organization to five wins.
