Belal Muhammad recently earned high praise from the mixed martial arts world after visiting a local Palestinian community in Manchester, England. Muhammad is booked to challenge Leon Edwards for the welterweight title at UFC 304 at the Co-op Live indoor arena this weekend.
It's no secret that Muhammad is an outspoken advocate for the Palestinian cause and has been vocal about his support for them on social media. The UFC star, who has Palestinian parents, has also spoken out about the seriousness of civilian casualties in Gaze during the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict.
It's worth noting that Muhammad also helped a father and child from Gaza by bringing them over to America after the mother passed away during the bombings. Given his bold pro-Palestine stance, it's no surprise that 'Remember The Name' surprised a local Palestinian community in the UK.
The UFC star posted a video of his visit and reception on Instagram and was lauded by many in the comments section.

Kamaru Usman on Leon Edwards vs. Belal Muhammad at UFC 304
Kamaru Usman recently shared his thoughts on the upcoming Leon Edwards vs. Belal Muhammad welterweight title clash at UFC 304. The former UFC champion broke down how Muhammad could potentially beat Edwards and shared his official prediction for the fight.
During an episode of the Pound 4 Pound podcast with Henry Cejudo, Usman explained how Muhammad shouldn't be surprised by Edwards' flashy striking and urged 'Remember The Name' to stick to what he knows best. He said:
"Leon has moments of brilliance to where he's throwing some incredible strikes... then he has moments... He [Muhammad] needs to go in there, not be shaken by any flashy technique or any crazy things. He just needs to do him [Edwards], stay on the gas, and I think he can get that decision, that decision victory or potentially even a stoppage.''
Usman continued:
"Leon is starting to kind of settle into the seat... Leon is working on just staying there. So, I'm gonna I'm gonna stay with Leon for this one. I think Leon might be able to pull this one out, but I do think Belal could get it done."
