It is public knowledge that Francis Ngannou and the UFC have had their fair share of disagreements over the years. The heavyweight champion has surprisingly admitted that he and Dana White were "cool" when they crossed paths at the PI.
'The Predator' is regarded as one of the scariest men to ever step foot into the octagon and the beast with sickening punching power has now added a new weapon to his arsenal. Although he has won bouts by submission in the past, the African showcased his much-improved wrestling last time out.
In a post shared on social media, Francis Ngannou claimed that he and Dana White crossed paths at the UFC Performance Institute and were cordial with one another, despite their ongoing problems.
"I just ran into Dana at the PI. Believe it or not but we were personally cool."

Ngannou has been at odds with Dana and the UFC as his contract renewal talks have stalled over the course of 2022. The heavy-hitter made some demands for the promotion, insisting a boxing clause must be included in any new deal if they hope for him to sign back with the company.
Though there isn't any news on if those terms will be agreed upon, the UFC president has already stated that he no longer wishes to entertain his fighters competing inside the squared circle after Conor McGregor's attempt back in 2017.
There has been a recent surge in martial artists wanting to test themselves in boxing. While some just want to challenge their skill, most are making the temporary jump due to the money that can be made competing in these events.
Francis Ngannou's boxing wish
Francis Ngannou is arguably the scariest striker in MMA due to the devastating power that he possesses in both hands. This will give him a puncher's chance against anybody on the planet.
The 36-year-old is hoping to take a step over to boxing while remaining in MMA, and though Tyson Fury has previously endorsed a potential hybrid-ruleset matchup with the monster, talks have now gone stale.
It's safe to say that 'The Gypsy King' would outbox Ngannou on the feet, but for a fighter that punches as hard as the UFC star does in the heavyweight division, anything is possible.
