UFC veteran Michael Johnson had an incredible performance at UFC Tampa, the last UFC event of 2024. The 38-year-old locked horns against Ottman Azaitar in the prelims of the event, which took palce on Dec. 14 at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
Johnson pulled off a spectacular victory in the second round as he landed a brutal right hook that knocked his opponent out.

Many in the MMA community were left impressed by Johnson's performance and took to social media to share their thoughts on it.
Former UFC title challenger Michael Chandler showered praise on 'The Menace's' fight winning shot.
"Best right hook in UFC history."
Brian Kelleher commended Johnson for keeping his striking speed intact at the age of 38.
"Michael Johnson don't lose that speed man. Still doing it."
Derek Brunson joked how 'The Menace' had committed a crime with his devastating knockout at UFC Tampa.
"Michael Johnson there's a warrant for your arrest. What a damn KO!"
Jedi Goodman pointed out that with the victory, Johnson now had two back-to-back wins, a feat he last achieved in 2018.
"Michael Johnson wins two in a row for the first time since 2018."

Johnson has had a long tenure in the UFC. After building a professional record of 8-4, 'The Menace' started his promotional journey back in December 2010. The Missouri native has been a part of 30 UFC fights and has had his hand raised in 15 of them.
During this run, Johnson has scored victories over names like Dustin Poirier, Tony Ferguson, Joe Lauzon, Edson Barboza, Andre Fili, Artem Lobov, Gleison Tibau, Danny Castillo and Melvin Guillard.
