Johan Ghazali is nearing his peak form nearly two weeks before he steps inside the ONE Championship Circle for the eighth time in his career.
The teenage phenom will face off against fellow rising star Johan Estupinan in a flyweight Muay Thai match at the stacked ONE 170 card on Jan. 24 at Impact Arena in Bangkok.
Taking to Instagram, Ghazali said he's in his best possible shape heading into his pivotal matchup against Estupinan. Ghazali wrote that he can't wait to lace up the gloves and potentially claim his seventh win in the promotion:
"Three weeks out, best shape of my life. Physically and mentally ready, let's go."

Johan Ghazali stationed himself in Bangkok since late last year and trained under ONE interim featherweight kickboxing world champion Superbon and famed coach Trainer Gae at Superbon Training Camp.
Setting up camp at Superbon's gym also gave the 18-year-old star a multitude of striking legends as training partners including former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Nong-O Hama and former ONE bantamweight kickboxing world champion Petchtanong Petchfergus.
Ghazali built himself a reputation as one of the most devastating knockout artists, and his brilliant 6-1 record, with five knockout wins, in the promotion fully attests to his terrifying power.
'Jojo' owns vicious knockout wins over Padetsuk Fairtex, Tai Sor Jor Piek Uthai, Temirlan Bekmurzaev, Edgar Tabares, and Josue Cruz.
He'll now lock horns with a fighter who could potentially equal his venom inside the cage.
Estupinan is a perfect 4-0 in ONE Championship, with knockout wins over Kouta Omori, Sean Climaco, and Zakaria El Jamari.
Johan Ghazali says Superbon has toughened him up ahead of ONE 170
Johan Ghazali believes Superbon gave him a tremendous boost in his ability while training in preparation for ONE 170. On his virtual media day, the Malaysian-American phenom said he's been sparring more than usual under the Thai megastar's watch.
Ghazali added that he's become a better fighter overall after training with Superbon, Trainer Gae, and the rest of the fighters at Superbon's gym.
"I wouldn't deem it special, but I have focused on different parts of training. For now, I'm focused on strength and conditioning, toughening up my body to make my punches, knees, and kicks much faster. And, at the same time, I've had so much more sparring."
